What To Expect - Head Spa

For the best results, arrive with second-day hair or longer. Natural oils allow the scalp treatments to work more effectively. You’re welcome to come in comfortable clothing. During the Head Spa, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes and top (including bra) and will be provided with a spa robe for comfort and coverage. Your service includes a relaxing scalp cleanse, warm water therapy, and massage in a calming spa environment designed to help you fully unwinid.

Can multiple people get a head spa at the same time?

No, unfortunately because this is a suite, I am the only person who works here, and I only have room for one spa bed, only one person at a time. I can do services back to back if you are okay with that option, but it will take me 20 minutes in between each client to clean and reset.

Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required to book all 30, 60, and 90 minute Head Spa services. This deposit goes toward your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future Head Spa appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Haircut and blowout services do not require a deposit. Please provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We Do offer gift cards. If you scroll up and click the ”Book Now” button under my logo, it will take you to my booking site, you should see gift cards as one of the options, you will then be prompted to choose what occasion and any other info we may need.

How does the point system work?

We love rewarding our loyal clients! You earn points every time you book and pay for a service. 100 points = $10 in rewards value. Points can be saved up and redeemed toward future services (excluding memberships). Redeeming your points, points may be used once enough are accumulated. Points cannot be applied toward monthly memberships or packages. Rewards are applied at checkout when you’re ready to redeem. Best part, the more you visit, the faster your points turn into real savings on luxury services.

How referrals work

Refer a friend who’s new to Eclipse Head Spa & Salon, your friend receives $10 off their first service, YOU get $10 in rewards once they complete their appointment. Referral rewards are applied as points and can be saved or combined. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, the more you send, the more you earn.
